Hi Everyone for today’s blog post I want to share with you one of my favourite international recipes, Indian brazed garlic and tomatoe daal.Just over a year ago I went on a short trip to India where I was treated to some delicious homemade Indian cooking, therefore when I returned home I decided to try my hand at making an Indian dish for my family to try. This dish is now a regular addition to our family menu and I hope you enjoy it just as much as we do!.

It can also be served

depending on what we have in the fridge or on hand.
Oh and don’t
forget to pop back next week because I’m going to share my two favourite
and
easy Indian roti/flat bread recipes!
God bless
