Double Chocolate Biscuits

These biscuits are simple to make and taste

almost better than chocolate.

Ingredients

175g (6oz) butter

1 tspn vanilla extract

2/3 cup ground raw sugar

1 cup fresh whole wheat flour

3/4 cup cocoa

1 tspn bicarbonate soda

1/2 cup choc chips (optional)

1. Cream butter, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy.

2. Add flour, cocoa and bicarb. Stir until mixture forms a soft dough. Add choc chips if you're using them.

3. Roll mixture into balls and place on a greased tray. Flatten slightly with fork or use clean fingers.

4. Bake a 160C degrees for 12-15 minutes.

5. Cool and enjoy!

5 Minute DIY No Tangle Earphone Keeper

Hi Everyone, first off I would like to announce that as of this week I will endeavour to have my weekly blog posts published and sent out to you all on Mondays, not Fridays. Friday is a busy day both for me and my family, therefore I have decided to change my blogging day!

With that said, this Mondays blog post is a quick little video tutorial on how you can make no tangle earphone keepers.

I for one find it frustrating when you need a pair of earphones to listen to something but first have to spend 5 minutes untangling them for each other. I don't know how they do it but no matter how long they have been in the draw they are always knotted and tangled with each other and just about every other cord or cable in there. My answer to this dilemma is the peg earphone keeper.

I use mine all the time and have found them very helpful and time saving. In the video below I'll show you how you can make your own.

Getting your Jeans in Boots

Autumn is here and so is the cooler weather.

Down south, our nights are quickly getting cool

and I am already dusting off my

Uggs & cowgirl boots to tame the cold.

I don't know about you but I love boots,

they are so practical to wear

and go with just about everything.

They can easily be dressed up or worn casual, either way

they are the answer to icy toes in winter.

Today I want to share with you one of the best tips

that I have ever heard regarding wearing boots, it is:

How to wear your NOT skinny jeans

inside your boots !

I for one do not wear skinny jeans but love

the look and warmth of having my

jeans tucked inside my boots,

therefore I always struggled with getting my jeans

to fit inside my boots and look half decent.

Well in the video below I'll let you in on

my discovered secret!

As of yesterday my store has a new name,

it is no longer called Godzgear but Turquoise n' Country.

My blog site will continue to be Godzgear, however I wanted to branch out with my store therefore the name change.
